2. Hosting and delivery
The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as our processor. When you visit a page, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the requested address, the date and time, your browser's user agent and similar connection data to deliver the page, keep it available, and protect it against attacks.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing addendum includes the Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare keeps this data only for short periods according to its own policies. We do not use it to identify you.
3. Cookies and browser storage
We set no cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device only. It is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings. Because this is strictly necessary to provide the feature you asked for, it does not require consent.
4. Emails
If you email us, we use your address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them within 12 months after the conversation ends, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
5. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Write to support@operatorapps.dev.
