Account
Why do I need an account?
Your training history is stored on the Operator Fitness service so it is safe if you lose or replace your device. The account needs only a callsign, an email address, a password and your date of birth.
Why do you ask for my date of birth?
Operator Fitness is for people aged 16 and over, and age also affects fitness norms and test standards. If you are younger, sign-up is refused and nothing is stored.
I cannot sign in
Check that you are using your callsign (not your email) and the correct password. After several failed attempts, sign-in is paused briefly to protect your account. If you still cannot sign in, email support@operatorapps.dev from your account email address.
Can I use kilograms or pounds?
Yes. Choose your weight and height units in Settings. Your history is converted for display.
Your data
How do I import my history from Hevy or Strong?
Export your workouts as CSV from Hevy or Strong, then import the file in Operator Fitness. Workouts, exercises and sets are created in your account and personal records are recalculated.
How do I export my data?
Settings › Export my data downloads a ZIP file with a complete JSON file plus CSV tables of your workouts, sets, Biometrics logs and personal records.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings › Delete account permanently, or by email without the app. See Delete your account for what is deleted and when.
Health data and insights
Why does Biometrics ask for consent?
Sleep, bodyweight, mood, stress and nutrition are health data under privacy laws such as the GDPR. We store them only after you agree separately to the Terms. Workout logging works without this consent.
How do I withdraw consent?
In Settings › Privacy & data. Biometrics logging stops immediately, and you can choose to delete your existing logs at the same time.
What is ACWR?
The acute-to-chronic workload ratio compares your training load over the last week with your average over the last four weeks. It is a training-load indicator that helps you see sudden jumps in volume. It is not an injury predictor or medical advice.
Squads
What do squad members see about me?
Your callsign. If you switch on activity sharing for that squad, they also see your completed sessions, selected personal records and weekly volume on the leaderboard. Biometrics logs and profile details are never shown. Sharing is off by default.
How do I block or report someone?
Open the squad, select the member, and choose block or report. Blocking hides their activity from you. Reports are reviewed by the developer. You can also email support@operatorapps.dev.
