Operator Fitness
Train with a plan. Measure what changes.
A training log for strength and conditioning. Log every set, catch every personal record, and read training-load and recovery insights computed from your own history.
Inside the app
Designed for the dark
Screens from a test account. Your own dashboard fills in as you train.
Features
From the first set to the quarterly debrief
Fast session logging
Log weight, reps, effort (RPE) and set type, or distance and time for cardio. Reusable routines and a rest timer with background alerts.
Exercise library
Strength, bodyweight, machine, cable, Olympic and cardio movements, plus custom exercises. Each has a dossier with your full history.
Personal records, automatically
Heaviest weight, estimated one-rep max, most reps, fastest pace and volume records are detected as you log.
Training-load insights
Acute-to-chronic workload ratio, weekly volume per muscle group against common landmarks, and a quarterly debrief of your progress.
Recovery and lifestyle
Optional logs of sleep, bodyweight, mood, stress and nutrition, with readiness and correlations. Enabled only with your explicit consent.
Goals and achievements
Set targets for a lift, bodyweight, training volume or consistency and track them on your dashboard. Earn achievement cards as you hit milestones.
Train with a small group
Private squads of up to 50 people, joined by invite code, with a weekly volume challenge. Sharing your activity is off by default. Report and block are built in.
Training block analysis
The macro programmer classifies your last six weeks of training into phases such as build or deload and charts weekly volume per movement pattern.
Bring it in, take it out
Import history from Hevy or Strong. Export everything as a ZIP at any time, or delete your account permanently from Settings.
Privacy
Your training data, handled carefully
Operator Fitness needs an account to store your history. Here is what that means in practice.
| Commitment | How |
|---|---|
| Health data is opt-in | Sleep, bodyweight, mood, stress and nutrition logs are stored only after separate consent, which you can withdraw in Settings. |
| Nothing is sold | No advertising, no data brokers, no cross-app tracking. Health data is never used for marketing. |
| Private by default | Nobody sees your data unless you join a squad and switch on activity sharing. |
| Export at any time | Settings › Export my data downloads a complete ZIP (JSON plus CSV). |
| Delete at any time | In the app, or on the web without reinstalling. |
| Encrypted in transit | All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. |
Not medical advice
Operator Fitness is a training log and fitness-information tool for healthy adults aged 16 and over. It is not a medical device. Consult a physician before starting a new training programme.
